A practice that does things differently

Haven Paediatrics is growing. We’re looking for specialist paediatricians who share our belief that great care starts with time, trust, and a genuine commitment to families.

Why Haven

A practice built for clinicians, not just patients

Haven was designed from the ground up to be a place where specialists can do their best work — without the pressures that compromise care elsewhere.

Protected Appointment Times

Consultations at Haven are never rushed. Our scheduling model protects the time you need to do a thorough job — so you can focus on the patient in front of you, not the clock.

A Modern, Purpose-Built Space

Haven’s Chermside clinic is calm, contemporary, and well-resourced. The environment was deliberately designed to support both clinical excellence and a positive experience for patients and their families.

Genuine Clinical Autonomy

You practice independently within a supportive framework. There are no production pressures or volume targets — just the professional freedom to practice the way you were trained to.

Use the form below to express your interest — let us know which role you’re applying for, tell us about yourself, and attach your CV and cover letter. If your background looks like a good fit, we’ll reach out to arrange an informal conversation with Dr Norman: not a formal interview, just an honest discussion about the practice and what you’re looking for. From there, we’d love to have you visit Haven in person before either of us make any decisions.
